I consider Bill to be a professional, a friend, and mentor. Those who have an opportunity to work with Bill or hear him speak immediately recognize that he is a visionary. At the same time, his “learner and customer first” orientations are evident in his work. I wish most other business partners could be as easy to work with as Bill is.
